NuRide and Peapod by Stop & Shop are proud to announce the "Great Grocery Getaway"—an exciting 10-week event taking place on Long Island. Get $100 in free groceries from Peapod delivered right to your door when you 'getaway' from driving alone to work and choose to carpool, vanpool, ride the bus, take the train, walk, bike or telecommute.

To participate, join NuRide and enter your carpool, vanpool, bike, walk, telecommute or public transit trips on the NuRide web site from June 29 to September 6, 2009. Every completed NuRide trip automatically gives you one entry into the drawing. Weekly winners are then randomly selected every Monday at 9:00 am EDT.* Winners will receive a $100 Peapod gift card and must agree to have their name and likeness posted on this page.

*Winners will be contacted at the email addresses provided in their NuRide account and through the NuRide message center and must reply within 4 hours or the process will repeat until a winner responds. Winners who live outside the Peapod service area will receive a $100 Stop & Shop gift card.
